1. What payment options do you offer?

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available on select orders)

All payments are processed through secure gateways to ensure your information is safe.

 


2. Do you charge for shipping?

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below this value
  • COD orders may include an additional handling charge

3. Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

    We currently ship across India.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on your location

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.


4. Can I exchange a product?

     Yes, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Subject to stock availability

5. Do you accept returns?

    We accept returns in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind.


6. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

    We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


7. What is your product quality like?

Each GEHAM piece is thoughtfully crafted, often using traditional techniques.
Minor variations in color, texture, or print are natural and add to the uniqueness of handcrafted products.


8. Do your products come with a warranty?

We do not offer a formal warranty, but we stand by our craftsmanship.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your pieces:

  • Gentle hand wash or dry clean recommended
  • Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight for long durations
  • Store in a cool, dry place
